Is this the same as a Full Planning Report?
No — this is a compliance check. It tells you which standards your design meets and which it doesn't. A Full Planning Report ($990) is a much fuller document suitable for lodging with a permit application.
How is this different from a council planning enquiry?
Council enquiries are general — they don't address your specific design and don't read your plans. Our reports are site-specific and proposal-specific, grounded in the actual zone, overlays and VPP clauses that apply, then optionally planner-reviewed.
Can I use this in a planning permit application?
Our Detailed Planning Assessment tiers are pre-design research and feasibility reports — they're for the property owner / designer / consultant to understand what's achievable. For a report you can lodge with a permit application, choose the $990 Application-Grade Planning Report (planner-reviewed).
What if my proposal is unusual or complex?
We'll let you know within 24 hours of paying if the proposal is outside the scope of the AI tier. In that case we auto-refund and recommend either the Application-Grade tier or a bespoke planning consultation.
