The information provided on this website, including planning guides, AI chatbot responses, and Property Snapshot results, is general information only. 4. Payments and Refunds

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorise us to charge the specified amount to your payment method.

Detailed Planning Assessments: Once we have commenced research on your report, refunds are not available. If we are unable to deliver your report, a full refund will be provided.

Property Snapshot Credits: Unused credits do not expire. Refunds for unused credits may be requested by contacting us.

5. Delivery

Detailed Planning Assessments are delivered within 5 business days of receiving your order and all required property information. Reports are delivered electronically via a download link sent to your email address.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, guides, and reports, is owned by Town Planning Online Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without our written permission.

Detailed Planning Assessments are licensed to the purchaser for their personal use in relation to the specified property. Reports may not be resold or distributed to third parties without our consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
